USA PED Photo Holiday

The first USA PED has been confirmed.   It's happening!

We'll be flying out on Weds 11th Oct, and back home on Sun 22nd Oct.  Although that said, if you want to go out earlier, or perhaps stay a few extra days, that is of course an option.

The itinerary is still being tweaked, but it'll be very similar to this.

Day 1 - Fly out to LA
Day 2 - Los Angeles
Day 3 - Death Valley
Day 4 - Extraterrestrial Highway / Rachel / Area 51
Day 5 - Las Vegas 
Day 6 - Las Vegas
Day 7 - Antelope Canyon
Day 8 - Monument Valley
Day 9 - Grand Canyon
Day 10 - Joshua Tree
Day 11 - Joshua Tree
Day 12 - Palm Springs & Los Angeles (flight home) 

The trip is being planned around the new moon on 19th October, which means we'll have the darkest possible skies to enhance our chances at capturing the night sky.

Then it's back to Los Angeles where the trip will finish.  

Host Hotel:
Various hotels and motels along the way - I'll be hand picking clean/safe/cheap places.

London Gatwick to Los Angeles

Sun 22nd Oct
Los Angeles to London Gatwick
DY7096 / 1905 to 1335

Booked via Norwegian Air, approx £355 without luggage (as of 14th Jan 17)

Costs: 
I'll be charging £275 for the PED.  

We'll be renting a 4x4(s) or van (depending on group size and the cost of that (including fuel) will be split between everyone equally.
