Falconry Photo Experience Days
In association Falcon High you’ll get the chance to work with and photograph the falcons, hawks and owls throughout the day.

The day will start at 10am, and run through till around 4pm including a relaxing lunch break. The birds will be on static display throughout the day, and there will be various flying displays set up specifically to allow you to photograph the birds in flight.

I will be on hand throughout the day to answer questions, and to help you get the best from your camera.

Hints & Tips:
Make sure you charge up all your batteries (bring chargers if necessary as we'll be able to charge them) and bring extra memory cards. Particularly with the flying shots you’ll probably be taking many more photos than normal to get that “perfect” shot.

Schedule of the day:

10:00 - Meet and greet

10:15 - Introduction to the birds, & static displays

12:15 - Lunch at the garden centre (lunch not included in price)

13:15 - Flying displays set up for us to photograph.

15:30 - Afternoon tea, debrief and a chance to share your favourite images with the rest of the group.

Timings are approximate & may change depending on weather.

Places are limited to 10 people.

Photo Experience Day Review
“The PEDs are an informal and sociable way to learn about photography in a practical and welcoming environment. I have met photographers of all levels which means that I don't feel intimidated but also have something to aspire to.”
